  • What problem are we actually solving?
  • Which decisions are difficult to change later?
  • Where should AI help, and where should software remain deterministic?
  • How do we keep today's solution simple without making tomorrow harder?

I believe good software comes from making thoughtful engineering decisions — not from using the newest framework.
